Providing Aid 101

Since I already slapped the UN around on their execrable human rights record today, I figure why not poke a stick at'em for their incompetence at providing aid to people they're supposed to be helping. (Hat Tip: Instapundit). Key part: "But it is hard to see how precisely the rescue work would be affected if the UN's officials all stayed in New York - or indeed if the UN did not exist at all."
