WBIR story
Here's a good piece about a Scott County medic with the 278th in Iraq. Tennessee media outlets have done a pretty commendable job archiving 278th stuff on their Internet sites. East to west (please let me know if I miss something):

For those who know East TN merely begins in Knoxville, there's the Kingsport Times-News. I don't believe there's an archive but they do have good 278th articles frequently. And a lot of 278th folks live in NE TN.
